Required Experience
- Minimum seven (7) years of enterprise information technology project management experience.
- Minimum five (5) years managing ServiceNow implementation or platform expansion projects.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, scope, communications, and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Experience using Agile, Hybrid, or iterative project delivery methodologies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow products or modules.
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, governance processes, and project reporting.
- Experience leading organizational change management and user adoption activities.
- Experience working within a public sector or government environment.
Required Duties and Responsibilities of Consultant
- Lead and manage the Department's enterprise ServiceNow implementation.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across Department business and technical teams.
- Facilitate project meetings and executive status reporting.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
- Coordinate implementation activities with ServiceNow, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Support governance activities and executive decision-making.
- Coordinate testing, training, deployment, and go-live readiness activities.
- Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure project deliverables meet Department quality expectations and business objectives.
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
- Agile and/or Scrum certification preferred.
