What You'll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple concurrent projects from initiation through execution and closeout while serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans
- Leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and field services
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and execution plans
- Monitoring project financials, forecasting costs, and reporting status to leadership
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and driving accountability across project teams
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring successful project delivery
- Supporting proposal development, budgeting, and future project opportunities
- Driving continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience within the electric power industry
- PMP certification (or equivalent project management credential)
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing utility, power systems, or electrical infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar PM tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
