Job summary

KION North America is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Engineering team in Summerville, SC. You will drive engineering projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet requirements.

Responsibilities include leading weekly meetings, tracking deliverables, and advancing lean initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency expected.
• Preferred CAPM, PMP or Prince 2 certification.
• Experience with project management and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and lean methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects with integrated plans, budgets and tooling.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to align customer requirements.
• Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and external vendors.
• Balance detailed work with executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM tools and processes and ensure safety standards.
