ManTech seeks a Project Manager to support the Program Management Office on our contract with the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, Science & Technology Division in Stafford, VA.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Assist in program management, oversight, direction, and support for Marine Corps and Joint S&T Programs, including development of cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Evaluate new technologies for technical merit, transition viability, and relevance to Service warfighting concepts.
• Analyze experimentation results and data, providing recommendations to Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory leadership.
• Develop requirements from various military and naval entities to support a USMC S&T strategy for future warfighting capabilities.
• Assist in developing prototype Concepts of Operations, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
• Participate in working groups to advance Joint Warfighting capabilities and integration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years supporting Science and Technology or Defense Acquisition efforts.
• Experience with MCWL S&T, including project placement, requirements development, and financial oversight.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with non-experimental MCWL efforts transitioning S&T development to live force experimentation.
• Support in developing test plans, management plans, and technology transition agreements.

Clearance Requirements

• Must possess a current/active TS/SCI security clearance.

Physical Requirements

• Remain stationary 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move within the office, access files, or deliver presentations.
