About the Business / Function:

This role can be done remotely in Germany. Candidates must have the right to work in Germany without sponsorship.

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager M&E within KUONI, with previous experience in the MICE industry, to join our passionate team. We are seeking Spanish or Portuguese speakers who are also fluent in German and English.

Candidates should ideally come from an event agency or a DMC background and have experience working with a diverse range of clients. End-to-end event and project management skills are essential, including managing the full scope of events from client request and proposal to financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and deliver large-scale events for various international clients throughout the year.
• Develop proposals and participate in pitches when required.
• Manage full logistics, including accommodation bookings and land arrangements across the domestic territory.
• Coordinate with suppliers before, during, and after events.
• Negotiate with third parties to maximize value.
• Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Oversee onsite event management.
• Handle budget management and post-event reconciliation.
• Report to various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the MICE industry.
• Fluency in English, Spanish or Portuguese, and German.
• Deep knowledge of the territory and available MICE services.
