Job summary

Maurer Construction LLC in Missouri is seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of day-to-day field operations on residential renovations and additions. You will oversee sites from start to finish and ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget.

You’ll coordinate subs, communicate clearly with clients and trades, solve problems in the field, and maintain safe, organized sites. This role offers growth with a hands-on, design-build contractor focused on quality and transparency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Ability to manage subs and hold people accountable.
• Ownership mindset.
• Good communicator with clients and trades.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Valid driver’s license.
