Job summary

SupportFinity is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to own landscape construction projects in the St. Louis area, coordinating with field superintendents to manage scope, schedule, subcontractors, materials and owner relationships.

You will review estimates, build schedules, coordinate start dates, manage costs and change orders, and serve as the primary contact for owners, general contractors, and landscape architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in commercial landscape construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects in the $200,000–$1.5M+ range.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape, grading, civil, and site plans.
• Strong scope management, change orders, subcontractor coordination, and progress billing.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret landscape, grading, civil, and site plans.
• Established subcontractor and supplier relationships in the St. Louis market.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Preferred: Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or Construction Management; experience with OSHA 30, estimating software, and scheduling tools.
• Base salary of $80,000 – $110,000 plus team and individual performance bonuses.
