Job Description
- Support Oncology-Rinat R&D clinical disciplines at the South San Francisco location.
- Manage all administrative aspects for the EODCR team, including document management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, scheduling, and supply ordering.
- Perform related duties such as maintaining databases, supporting recruiting, coordinating meetings, and resolving IT/HR issues.
- Communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, plan and organize, be flexible, exercise judgment, and interface with all management levels.
- Plan and execute work independently to meet project objectives.
- Prioritize tasks in relation to team needs.
- Support clinical programs using various systems.
- Complete assignments independently, choosing appropriate methods within authority limits.
- Ensure quality of work impacts project and team success.
- Maintain tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality when interfacing with staff and executives.
- Work effectively with the global administrative team, supporting standardized practices.
- Lead and coordinate projects and multiple assignments, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Communicate with discretion and good judgment, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adapt to high-pressure environments.
- Negotiation skills with SharePoint are advantageous.
- Be a quick learner, comfortable with web-based programs and systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- BS/MS in a science-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
