The Lightspeed Project Manager coordinates multiple aspects of customer implementation virtually, which may include pre-conversion consultation and planning, test conversion, conversion execution, post-conversion training, product setup, and implementation of multiple products.

*This is a remote position that works most often in the MST time zone with occasional onsite meetings.

What you'll do:

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Consult on methods to maximize the dealership's efficiency, profits, sales, productivity, and revenue.

• Consult with dealership department management to assess business practices, processes, workflows, and critical business drivers.

• Customize and implement DMS application software.

• Conduct verification meetings to ensure client understanding of our application and confirm customization.

• Train clients on application functionality where knowledge gaps exist.

• Conduct post-implementation follow-up meetings to ensure optimal application usage, accuracy of customization, and satisfaction.

• Update key installation and preparation information, monitor personal backlogs, and prepare monthly reports.

What you should have:

Salary range: $75,046—$96,766 USD
