We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Development Project Manager to join our team at PTI Services. You will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction management of wireless infrastructure sites. Additionally, you will develop and manage project plans, schedules, financial forecasts, and budgets. You will be the primary point of contact, communicating updates to stakeholders and resolving any constraints to ensure successful project completion.

• Location: REMOTE - Seattle, WA | San Diego, CA | Sacramento, CA | Boise, ID | Salt Lake City, UT | Wyoming | Arizona
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven expertise in telecommunications site development project management and leading wireless telecommunications teams.
• Serve as a key technical resource, providing ongoing leadership, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Function as the primary liaison between the company and clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Manage and report on project milestones, forecasting, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Experience with budget development and financial tracking.
• 5+ years of experience in wireless telecommunications project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
