Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end robotic welding projects, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously with travel as required.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, and service to drive continuous improvements for future projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Create and maintain project schedules for all stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Commercial review of contracts and understanding of delivery incoterms and SOP development to improve efficiency at the project level.

This role requires exceptional leadership and technical expertise to execute welding automation initiatives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with the organizational goals while continuously looking for ways to improve processes to delight the customer experience with CLOOS Robotic Welding.

Essential Functions:

• Create and maintain project schedules throughout the duration of the project for all stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectation and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Commercial review of contracts

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency in the project processes.
