What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct project management services on assigned client projects from inception to turnover
- Oversee project implementation, including budgeting, design, vendor engagement, and construction management
- Maintain client relationships and assist in conflict resolution
- Identify potential liabilities and assist in establishing best practices within the organization
- Participate in business development activities and client meetings to demonstrate capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management or similar roles
- Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or the commercial real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive-level clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and basic knowledge of MS Projects and Bluebeam
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Certifications such as LEED, AIA, PE, or PMP
- Experience in managing small ground-up projects
- Proven ability to multi-task and work within a team structure
- Experience in training and developing team members
