Job description

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Project Manager.

Main duties:

  • Support pre-sales activities for assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, planning, and setting assumptions. Communicate client vision, objectives, and expectations to the project team.
  • Assign and oversee team tasks, managing schedules, vacations, and absences.
  • Manage project progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
  • Handle change requests, informing all parties of schedule and budget impacts.
  • Provide project updates to the client and Customer Success Manager, leading follow-up meetings and steering committees.
  • Alert management to potential deviations and establish communication and risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project documentation, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Lead project demonstrations and resolve implementation issues.
  • Maintain client relationships and pursue customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved, evaluate outcomes, and identify improvement areas.
  • Send customer satisfaction surveys post-project.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead team retrospectives and suggest process improvements.
  • Participate in team development, training, and supervision to enhance skills.

Experience needed:

  • At least 5 years in project management roles.
  • Minimum 3 years in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
  • Intermediate to high level of English proficiency.
