A leading company is seeking an experienced L&D Project Manager to lead the upgrade of an enterprise-wide equipment training program into interactive eLearning. You will manage a small team, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure quality delivery in a virtual environment, with a flexible work schedule.
We are working exclusively with our large Oil & Gas client in retaining an experienced L&D Project Manager to lead a team of 2-3 Instructional Designers, 2-3 eLearning Developers/Animators, and others in upgrading an existing enterprise-wide equipment training program into modern, highly interactive eLearning. The training program is for new hire and early career field technicians. The project is part of a large multi-year training program revamp.
In this role, you will report to Clarity's Program Director and will work under established and highly defined processes and procedures. You will plan and schedule work and monitor your team's working hours and progress, and report progress via established processes. You will manage up to four projects at a time, with staggered start dates using a predictable schedule and deliverables. In addition to your team, you will leverage QA/QC and Style Strategist resources and will have access to an Assistant PM. You will use MS Project and be issued a license.
This role requires a seasoned L&D Project Manager with experience in O&G, energy, manufacturing, and/or defense industries. Strong experience with highly structured project management processes is required and PMP Certification is highly preferred. Must also possess excellent leadership, communication, and EQ skills, and ability to be direct, concise, and highly professional. Must have ability to receive direct and candid input.

Start Date: Early August.
Duration: Through end of 2025 with assumed potential for extension upon mutual interest.
Hours: Anticipated at 20-30 hours per week to start with the potential for that to increase to 40 hours per week depending upon client needs. Project needs will dictate the hours per week. Working hours can be somewhat flexible.
Location: 100% virtual.
The pay rate is $70-$72 per hour. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
