Job summary

Evlo AI in San Francisco is seeking a hands-on Project Manager who can translate ambiguous goals into clear roadmaps, plan timelines, and deliver software initiatives end-to-end in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, run sprint ceremonies, maintain dashboards, manage risk, and communicate decisions to stakeholders, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of PM experience in software or SaaS.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Agile; works with engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; distills complexity for non-tech stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Track record shipping products on schedule with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, SAFe; data-informed prioritization (RICE/OKRs); SQL or analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, and release schedules for cross-functional software initiatives from kickoff through launch.
• Run sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and roadmap reviews using Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams, escalating blockers early.
• Manage scope, risk, and tradeoff decisions; document decisions and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project dashboards tracking velocity, milestones, and delivery risk for leadership.
• Partner with engineering leads to scope technical work, refine requirements, and manage technical debt tradeoffs.
• Run retrospectives and drive process improvements that measurably improve delivery predictability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, and release schedules for cross-functional software initiatives from kickoff through launch


• Run sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and roadmap reviews using Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum practices


• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams, escalating blockers early


• Manage scope, risk, and tradeoff decisions; document decisions and communicate changes to stakeholders


• Build and maintain project dashboards tracking velocity, milestones, and delivery risk for leadership


• Partner with engineering leads to scope technical work, refine requirements, and manage technical debt tradeoffs

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of project or program management experience in software or SaaS environments


• Hands-on fluency with Jira, Confluence, and modern Agile practices; comfortable working directly with engineers

• Track record of shipping products on schedule with measurable business outcomes


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience


• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification; experience with data-informed prioritization frameworks (RICE, OKRs); SQL or analytics skills
