Work Location: USA Remote (Prefer PST Time Zone)

Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Pay Rate: $35 - $50 /hr DOE & location

A Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a project within a specified time frame, budget, and scope. The role involves managing resources, schedules, risks, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring the project meets its objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
2. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed.
4. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project remains within budget. Support the management of financials related to key contracts.
5. Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards and expectations of stakeholders.
6. Scope Management: Prevent scope creep by ensuring that any changes are documented, approved, and well-managed.
7. Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
8. Project Delivery: Ensure the project is completed on time, meets the desired objectives, and is within budget.
9. Assist in the creation and delivery of proposals, reports, and findings to Global Service Delivery Lead, Executive Leadership team.
10. Manage and track action items related to key service deliverables, technology trends, and resource needs.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; finance degree preferred.
2. PMI or PMP certification preferred.
3. 5-7 years of experience in program management, business administration, or related field.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex business environments.
6. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques to maximize efficiency.
8. Familiarity with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
9. Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
10. A stable internet connection with a download speed of 50-100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
