ParkerBeth Search Partners is partnering with a respected Bay Area commercial general contractor to identify an established Project Manager for high-profile corporate interiors, campus, technology, professional-services, and advanced-technology projects.

Based in San Francisco, CA, you will own $10M–$30M projects, lead budgets and contracts, and coordinate with clients, architects, and field teams from preconstruction through closeout.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management.
• Construction-related degree or certificate.
• Strong project financial and contract ownership.
• Confident client-facing communication.
• Bay Area, technology, law firm, finance, campus, or life-science experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Run $10M–$30M projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, contracts, billings, forecasts, change orders, and profitability.
• Lead communication with clients, construction managers, architects, landlords, and trades.
• Supervise the project team and coordinate closely with field leadership.
• Build repeat relationships through project delivery and industry involvement.

ParkerBeth Search Partners is partnering with a respected Bay Area commercial general contractor to identify an established Project Manager for high-profile corporate interiors, campus, technology, professional-services, and advanced-technology projects.

Location: San Francisco, CA (Bay Area)
Salary: $150,000–$200,000 DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Office & Project Sites
