Job summary

Building Talent is working with an established architecture firm seeking a Project Manager for its Chicago office. Direct professional experience on multifamily residential towers is required; academic projects alone do not meet this requirement.

This role blends project leadership with hands‑on architectural work. You’ll manage clients, project teams, consultants, schedules, budgets, and documentation while helping take projects from design through construction administration.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional architectural experience.
• At least five years of experience leading projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Direct professional experience on multifamily residential towers.
• Advanced or expert Revit skills.
• Experience leading architectural teams and coordinating consultants.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, building codes, and detailed documentation.
• Architectural licensure and a professional degree in architecture preferred.
