Building Talent | AEC Talent Agency is partnering with an established architecture firm in San Diego to hire a Project Manager for its hybrid San Diego office. The role requires direct experience on multifamily residential towers and advanced Revit skills.

The candidate will oversee clients, project teams, consultants, schedules, and budgets, guiding projects from design through construction administration. A licensed architect is preferred and residency in the San Diego area is required.

Qualifications

• Direct professional experience on multifamily residential towers.
• 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
• 5+ years of experience from schematic design through construction administration.
• Advanced or expert Revit skills.
• Licensed architect preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from design through construction administration.
• Manage clients, project teams, consultants, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and ensure construction documents meet codes and detailing requirements.
• Support project leadership and design development across the office.
