Job summary

We Search People is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a commercial construction portfolio based in San Antonio, TX, with travel across Texas. The role focuses on historic buildings, demanding craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

You will lead projects, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams, and manage schedules, budgets, and quality control across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Experience with historic renovations, restorations, or preservation projects would be highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and keep projects on track.

Location: Based out San Antonio, TX (Travel throughout Texas)
