The Real Estate & Workplace Services (RUSE) team is leading the integration of these assets into the Enbridge ecosystem, managing transition service agreements and ensuring a seamless handover of operations.

  5. Apply change management principles to navigate organizational transitions and communicate impacts effectively
  6. Manage interdependencies between teams and influence stakeholders across the organization
  7. Support transition activities as part of Enbridge’s acquisition strategy, drawing on general management consulting principles
  8. Work closely with Facilities Management to align on integration deliverables
  9. Leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, to streamline work
