• Project Oversight: Define project scope, develop comprehensive task lists, and direct projects through their entire lifecycle-from planning and design through construction and the first year of maintenance.
• Delivery & Quality: Deliver high-quality final products on time, within budget, and aligned with project scopes while maintaining a strict customer-focused approach.
• Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with diverse teams of technical specialists, fostering an environment of accountability and excellence.
• Risk & Communication: Proactively evaluate risks, resolve project issues, and maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and administer engineering and construction contracts.
• Community Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with local governments to align projects with future regional developments and transportation needs.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Utah.
• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of professional engineering experience following your PE licensure.
• Core Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational abilities.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and drive results with minimal direct supervision.
