Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Define project scope, develop task lists, and direct projects from planning through design, construction and first year of maintenance.

• Team Leadership: Lead diverse teams of technical specialists with accountability.
• Risk & Communication: Proactively evaluate risks and maintain timely stakeholder communication.
• Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and administer engineering and construction contracts.
• Community Stakeholder Engagement: Work with local governments to align projects with regional needs.
