What’s the job all about?

The Project Manager will lead and manage projects to ensure timely, within-budget, high-quality deliverables. This includes project planning, communication, execution, and overall success. You will work closely with senior project managers and team leads, gaining experience in managing enterprise-level digital projects and supporting Crowd Favorite's mission.

Success involves delivering top-quality work while providing an excellent client experience. You will aim to exceed project estimates and financial goals, requiring adaptability, strong decision-making, and technical insight to guide both clients and teams effectively. Collaboration with creative and development teams is essential, along with aligning client expectations and understanding the technology used.

This role is ideal for those seeking growth in digital project management within a collaborative environment.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 3-5 years working with creative agencies, UI designers, and QA in web feature implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on-time and within budget
  • Familiarity with open source technologies and development methodologies (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Constructive feedback skills
  • Experience with CMS and eCommerce systems
  • Advanced certifications: PMI-ACP, A-CSM or PSM-II, and PMP or CAPM
  • English proficiency at B2 CEFR level
