The Project Manager successfully manages the implementation of Tyler software for new and existing accounts, from contract signing through formal transition to the support department, on time and within budget.

Work with our technology-driven solutions for property assessment, tax software, and mass appraisal services. From data collection to computer-assisted mass appraisal, you can help develop property and recording solutions for the public sector.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop the implementation project plan: Conduct kick-off meetings with clients and sales representatives. Outline scope, schedule, budget, responsibilities, and resource commitments.
  2. Work with the sales team: Familiarize with contract requirements and program modifications after contract signing.
  3. Conduct planning sessions: Collaborate with key client leaders to create documented management plans.
  4. Schedule and monitor resources: Ensure project compliance and notify parties of schedule changes.
  5. Communicate key dates and issues: Share updates with all involved Tyler employees via SharePoint.
  6. Gather client feedback: Address issues and take corrective actions promptly.
  7. Report milestones: Notify clients of progress and secure formal acceptance.
  8. Ensure smooth transition: Conduct post-implementation meetings with clients.
  9. Coordinate with regional manager: Ensure timely schedules, revenue projections, and issue resolution.
  10. Manage implementation team: Maximize performance, oversee professional development, and scheduling.
  11. Maintain SharePoint calendar: Keep all information current.
  12. Obtain and maintain PMP certification.
