Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sacramento, CA. This position oversees restoration projects from start to finish, including coordinating mitigation, repairs, and reconstruction activities while maintaining alignment with scope, budget, and schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project workflows, managing logistics and materials, supervising field teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager communicates regularly with customers, insurance representatives, and internal stakeholders to provide status updates, address issues, and maintain documentation. This role also involves conducting site visits and inspections, resolving project constraints, and driving continuous improvement in processes and client experience.

Qualifications
