Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, diverse, and complex initiatives in clinical informatics, physician practice implementations, and quality improvement in the healthcare IT space.

The role requires coordinating multiple project teams, managing lifecycle processes, and delivering strategic IT objectives with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor. Washington-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience in information technologies, project management, healthcare administration or clinical field. Or equivalent educ/experience.
• Coursework/Training Education with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
• Coursework/Training CAP, Workout and Lean education training required as soon as available or within the first year on the job.
• Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
• Experience managing projects with multiple project teams, product development life-cycle, or quality life-cycle.
• Experience with PM methodologies and software.
• Experience making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience developing and modifying process standards and objectives to a project as appropriate.
