Job summary

Transformation Office in Nashville, TN, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Transformation Office. You will drive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement across internal teams, vendors, and partners.

The role requires five years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Healthcare experience and PMP are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation while ensuring alignment with Transformation Office objectives, timelines, and budget expectations.
• Develops detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and communication strategies to support successful project execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinates meetings, project activities, and deliverables among internal departments, leadership teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Identifies project risks, barriers, and dependencies and implements mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruption and maintain project progress.
• Monitors project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics and provides regular updates to leadership regarding project status, issues, and outcomes.
• Facilitates process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying operational efficiencies, and supporting change management efforts.
• Maintains project documentation, tracking tools, and reporting records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and organizational consistency.
• Perform ad-hoc data analyses in support of transformation work as directed by the VP of Transformation.
