Job summary

Cox Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC projects, coordinate with clients online and on-site, and ensure timely delivery within budget and safety standards. You will represent Cox in meetings, manage risks, and align changes with project objectives.

The role emphasizes strong client relations and cross-functional teamwork in a long-standing, family-owned company. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in HVAC project management, a professional demeanor, and proven ability to balance

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Project Management experience in HVAC preferred.
• Proven ability to work closely and efficiently with clients and co-workers in a professional environment.
• Ability to manage changes to the project without unduly affecting objectives and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects and interact well with clients in on-line coordination meetings and on-site
• Representing Cox from a coordination standpoint in all internal and external meetings
• Ensuring deliverables are being completed within the established timeframes, cost plan and within defined customer expectations
• Ensuring the required Safety, Health & Environmental standards are being achieved and regulatory conditions are being met
• Communicating project progress to the customer, Operations Manager, and team regularly and in a timely manner
• Proactively managing foreseen project risk, mitigating as necessary
• Managing changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits
