Job Title : Project Manager – Commercial & Multifamily Construction

Job Type : Full-Time

Overview :

A respected general contractor active throughout the Southeast is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and multifamily construction projects in the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, with an emphasis on schedule, budget, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, procurement, and execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• Coordinate with field superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and support field teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial and / or multifamily construction projects
• Experience with ground-up builds, including podium, wrap, and garden-style developments
• Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
