Digital Project Manager

We’re looking for a natural PM who loves optimizing workflow for efficiency and improving client delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross‑divisional teams, motivate colleagues, and keep all projects on track and on time.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for new client requests on high‑priority accounts, aligning internal priorities and timing.
• Manage integrated project plans across all service lines.
• Plan and monitor resource utilization, forecast workload and bandwidth, proactively manage project budget, and allocate resources.
• Track hours and costs to keep projects within budget, raise red flags to finance and senior management as needed.
• Manage and delegate tasks across team members via our PM tool (Wrike.com or client‑preferred tools).
• Lead ongoing process improvements to drive greater efficiency across the company and support internal initiatives.
• Wrangle team members, vendors, and client stakeholders to rally around a project plan and meet deadlines.
• Take anticipatory actions and navigate tasks independently.
• Manage projects with internal cross‑functional teams of 8–10+ people.
• Apply working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, UX).
• Educate the team on project‑management best practices while spotting new workflow‑efficiency opportunities.
• Forecast team bandwidth, find workarounds for surprise roadblocks, and maintain strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Interface directly with client points of contact at all levels, adapting communication style accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fully onboarded to your book of business, with a comprehensive understanding of client scopes and project plans for 5–7 clients.
• Adopted Seer processes and proactively identified opportunities for improvement.
• Built strong rapport and trusting relationships with clients and Seer teammates.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and adapting to new tools and processes.
• Openness to experimenting with and building AI workflows into daily operations.

Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 per year, determined by skills and experience and reviewed annually.
