The Role
You’re a natural PM who loves optimizing workflow for efficiency and improving client delivery. You collaborate with cross-division teams and motivate the people around you, ensuring all projects stay on track and on time to meet deadlines. You focus on the details while keeping sight of the big picture, and help your team do the same. Managing complex project timelines, competing priorities, risk, and budget is your forte.
Role Highlights
- Primary point of contact for all new client requests on high-priority accounts, aligning priorities and timing with internal teams
- Manage integrated project plans across all service lines
- Plan and monitor resource utilization, forecast workload and bandwidth to proactively manage project budget and allocate resources
- Track hours and costs to keep projects within budget, raising red flags to finance and escalating to management as needed
- Delegate tasks across team members via our PM tool, Wrike.com, or a client‑preferred project management tool
- Manage resourcing assignments for client projects using the PM tool
- Lead ongoing process improvements to drive greater efficiency across the company, supporting internal initiatives and operations
Essential Skills
- Innate talent for project management with experience wrangling team members, vendors, and client stakeholders to rally around a project plan and meet deadlines
- Proactive approach to PM, taking anticipatory actions and navigating tasks independently without explicit directions
- Managed projects with internal cross-functional teams of 8-10+ people
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX
- Champion of process and ongoing improvement, educating the team on project-management best practices while staying alert to new opportunities for workflow efficiency
- Expert at forecasting team bandwidth for upcoming projects and finding workarounds for surprise roadblocks; strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Experience interfacing directly with client POCs at all levels, adapting communication style accordingly
30/60/90 Goals
- Fully onboarded to your book of business, with full understanding of your client’s scope and project plan for 5-7 clients
- Adopted Seer processes and made suggestions for improvement
- Built strong rapport and trusting relationships with clients and Seer teammates

Benefits & Comp
- $70,000 - $80,000 per year – final offer will depend on skills and experience
