Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders on strategy, progress and adjustments.

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Meet with project team to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables ensuring quality standards.
• Prepare reports for upper management on project status.
• Conduct project reviews and detailed executive reports.
• Improve processes and approaches as needed.
• Oversee contract administration and compliance with requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. 1. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
2. 2. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
3. 3. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
4. 4. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
5. 5. Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
6. 6. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
7. 7. Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
8. 8. Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
9. 9. Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
10. 10. Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Qualifications:
