Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for our family-owned construction firm in the Greater Philadelphia market. You will oversee all stages of project life cycles, from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

The role requires at least 2 years of PM experience in sitework, with strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards. Competitive salary and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and project management principles.
• Proven experience in negotiation and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Strong expertise in quality control, ensuring all project activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent ability to estimate costs and develop project plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team.
• A relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
