Job summary

LeoForce, a Northeast-based commercial general contractor, is seeking a Senior Level Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up multi-family, large retail and light industrial projects in the Philly–Wilmington market.

You will manage commercial construction programs with 5+ years of PM experience, enjoy a competitive base salary of $120,000-$150,000 per year, 100% covered healthcare, profit sharing, ESOP, relocation support, and a company truck/truck allowance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Experience with Commercial Construction required.
• Ground up Multi-family, large retail or light industrial experience preferred.
