Job summary

Jobot in Philadelphia is seeking a Construction Project Executive with 10+ years of experience in general commercial construction or large multifamily projects. You will oversee budgets, lead multiple project teams and coordinate with Pre-Construction staff to ensure scope coverage on projects valued from $5M to $50M.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Well versed in Procore or similar construction software.
• Experience with project budgets and overseeing multiple project teams.
• Ability to perform annual reviews and train and improve management staff.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups.
• Reporting regularly on job progress to client and stakeholders.
• Work with Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage.
