About The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and drive a high-impact, cross-functional project from start to finish. This person will serve as the single point of accountability for the project, collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to define requirements, set and manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end execution of a major project, serving as the central point of contact.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Ops) to gather and document requirements.
- Create, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, updates, and standups to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Identify and resolve project risks, roadblocks, and bottlenecks with minimal disruption.
- Ensure clear documentation and communication across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Deliver consistent project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and project goals, adapting as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholders with confidence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using project management tools in particular Clickup (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus, but not required.
