Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Project Manager for a solar/BESS site in Arlington, Oregon on an 8-month contract with potential to extend.

You should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, 5+ years in PM/CM/engineering, and PMP certification, with travel up to 50%.

Experience with utility-scale solar or BESS and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years experience in project management, construction management or engineering or a related field; utility transmission, distribution, or generation experience highly preferred.
• Experience in utility scale solar and/or BESS projects.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including effective negotiating and dispute resolution skills.
• PMP certification from a recognize institution and strong knowledge of the principles and practices of project management.
• Proficiency using tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other Enterprise Management System
• Ability to travel 50%.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Driver's License

• Renewable industry experience and best practices.
• Experience with risk management.
• OSHA certification
• Proficiency using Primavera P6 and SAP.
• Coaching and Mentoring experience
