Job summary

GPAC seeks a Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater equipment projects from planning through startup and completion. You will work closely with customers, sales, field service engineers, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and milestones, coordinate with contractors and vendors, oversee procurement, installation, startup, and training, and maintain rigorous project documentation

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge of industrial process equipment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers, engineers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, ERP, and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed.
