Key Responsibilities

• Management and growth of accounts for client success and profitability
• Thinking strategically on behalf of clients and leading projects to successful outcomes
• Managing projects in a way that ensures on-time delivery, quality and cost control
• Lead and collaborate in the creation of marketing tools including brand copywriting, collateral design, websites and video production
• Contribute actively and creatively as part of team
• Assist in new business development through networking, meetings and drafting proposals

Education & Experience

• Minimum 5 Years in marketing, communications or related roles.
• Bachelor’s or greater in a related field
• Mastery of marketing communications
• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Stong project management and organization.

Technical Requirements

• Highly proficient in professional writing
• Experienced with public relations / multi-stakeholder comms
• Highly proficient with digital marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mail Chimp, etc.)
• Highly proficient in business productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRMs, Monday.com.)
