Job Title: Data-Driven Project Manager

Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is looking for a Data-Driven Project Manager.

Location: Remote work is available; however, the individual must be located within the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Management: Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data across PC&E strategies, market research, and internal systems.
2. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies across various internal processes, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with investment, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
2. 5+ years in a data-focused role, preferably within private equity, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
3. Strong project management skills, including project planning and control, stakeholder management, status tracking and reporting, issue, risk and budget management.
4. Proven track record of working with large datasets and delivering actionable insights through reporting.
5. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
6. Preferred experience with eFront, Salesforce, and portfolio management software.
7. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of private equity lifecycle (deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio management, exit strategies) is preferred.
8. Communication: Polished written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact and influence a diverse set of business and technical stakeholders.
9. Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
10. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
11. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
12. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related challenges.
