About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead our Managed Services Programs, with a strong focus on customized solutions. This is a high-impact role that requires overseeing the full lifecycle of program execution—from initial customer engagement and technical planning to post-implementation support.
You'll manage hybrid teams (on-site and remote), drive service strategy, and ensure operational excellence aligned with business objectives. Experience with cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure, financial oversight (budgeting/forecasting), and stakeholder collaboration is essential.
You will also support a large-scale initiative—delivering drawings, technical reports, and schedule data for the Client's Power Transmission Control Center scheduled for completion in 2027, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, SMEs, and vendor managers.
