Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Project Manager for Technology Change Management focused on Rates & FX hybrid broking platforms. Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering technology change in financial services, especially Rates & FX trading tech.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Strong delivery discipline with planning, milestones, governance, and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Identified, tracked and mitigated risks, issues, and dependencies to protect delivery outcomes.
• Experience coordinating with Finance for budgets, forecasts and approvals.
• Understanding of Rates, FX, Equities or Credit product categories and related workflows.
• Knowledge of hybrid broking models and front-to-back trading workflows.
• Familiarity with SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience applying AI-assisted practices to planning, documentation, backlog, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology change across Rates & FX platforms (voice and electronic).
• Define delivery roadmaps, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Build and manage integrated project plans and cross-team delivery commitments.
• Coordinate delivery across IT, Compliance, Operations, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
• Governance routines: status reporting, change control, and escalation as needed.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and approvals with finance partners; ensure governance adherence.
• Drive delivery in SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments; adapt as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, documentation, and decision-making.
• Maintain RAID logs and ensure operational readiness for go-live and post-implementation support.
