Job summary

A luxury wellness solutions leader based in NYC seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury residential and commercial projects. Salary range: $105k-$120k

Headquartered in NYC, we’re growing quickly—and we’re looking for a detail-driven Project Manager to grow with us.

About the Role

This role sits at the center of our project execution. You’ll coordinate across Sales, Design, Operations, Drafting, and Installation teams while working directly with manufacturers, contractors, and high-end clients. If you’re extremely organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in follow-through, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and critical paths
  • Coordinate drafting and ensure accurate technical documentation
  • Act as a communication bridge across internal teams and external partners
  • Support client updates, scoping, and select meetings
  • Maintain organized project records, manuals, and technical libraries
  • Distribute technical documents to GCs and vendors
  • Monitor quality, compliance, and project standards
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks
  • Assist with punch lists and project close-out

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or related field
  • Experience managing residential and commercial projects end-to-end
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and MEP coordination
  • Advanced Revit proficiency; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of building codes, ADA, and safety standards
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solver with attention to detail
  • Work on high-profile luxury residential and hospitality projects
