Job summary

CyberX Info System is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury hospitality development and operations across North America and the Caribbean. You will serve as the operational hub, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining visibility, and managing risk to keep executive initiatives on track.

The role emphasizes building comprehensive master plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps, while ensuring leadership has timely information to make confident decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
• Experience with enterprise project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, Click Up, Primavera or similar.

Project Manager (Luxury Hospitality Development & Operations)

Location: New York, NY or Austin, TX

Travel: Frequent travel to Texas, Turks & Caicos, New York, and other project locations

One of our clients is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support strategic luxury hospitality initiatives across North America and the Caribbean.

This is not a traditional project ownership role. Instead, you'll become the operational hub that keeps multiple executive initiatives moving forward—bringing together cross-functional teams, maintaining project visibility, managing risk, and ensuring leadership has the information needed to make confident decisions.

Your initial portfolio will include:

• Integration of a newly acquired luxury hotel in San Antonio
• Pre-opening activities for a luxury resort in Turks & Caicos
• Additional strategic hospitality and development initiatives as the organization continues to grow

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive master project plans across multiple initiatives
• Build project schedules, milestones, critical paths, and dependency maps
• Monitor timelines and proactively adjust schedules as priorities evolve

Cross-Functional Project Coordination

You’ll ensure every stakeholder understands responsibilities, deadlines, dependencies, and priorities while facilitating collaboration across teams without direct reporting relationships.

Work closely with the Construction Project Manager to ensure operational readiness before and after construction milestones.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of progressive project or program management experience
• Proven success managing complex, multi-workstream projects
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct management authority
• Experience with enterprise project management software such as, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Click Up, Primavera or similar platforms
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications, experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:

• Luxury hospitality or hotel operations
• Hotel acquisitions or operational integrations
• Luxury hotel openings
• Hospitality technology platforms (Opera, Mews, Maestro, etc.)
• Capital projects valued at $30M+
• Private investment firms or ownership groups
• Enterprise PMO or consulting environments
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification
