Job summary

4Wall is seeking a Project Manager in Las Vegas to plan, develop and execute production projects for major events. You will collaborate with account executives and clients to define objectives, maintain quality, and support client relations throughout the project life cycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Technical Theatre or equivalent, with experience in production/stagehand preferred. Projects occur both in-office and on-site, with possible evenings/weekends to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or equivalent or professional experience.
• Production/Stagehand experience preferred.
• Experience with lighting, LED, rigging and servers is required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with account executives and clients to plan, develop and execute projects.
• Define project objectives, maintain quality control and support client relations throughout the life cycle.
• Coordinate in office and on-site work at each project, including evenings and weekends as needed.

We are looking for a Project Managerto come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for directly interacting with account executives and clients to plan, develop and execute a project. Throughout the project’s life cycle, the Project Manager will define objectives, always maintain quality control and support client relations.

What you bring to the table:Our ideal candidate will have Working knowledge of production lighting, LED, rigging and servers, proficiency in project and task management, and applications such as Word Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks and inventory software systems, will have programming and computer networking skills, as well as being extremely organized and have excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.

What you should know:

• This position isfull time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or a similar field (or equivalent professional experience) is required.
• Production / Stagehand experience is preferred.
• Project Managers work both in an office environment as well as in the field onsite at each project.
• Project Managers work a standard work week but may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
