Job summary

4Wall Entertainment in Henderson, NV is seeking a Production Project Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute lighting, LED, rigging, and audio projects for high-profile events.

You will collaborate with account executives and clients, define objectives, monitor quality, and maintain updates across office and field assignments, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong knowledge of production lighting, LED, rigging, and servers.
• Proficiency in project and task management, Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks, and inventory software.
• Programming and computer networking skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Production or stagehand experience is preferred.
• Full‑time commitment with potential evening and weekend work.
