Job summary

4Wall is seeking a Project Manager for Live Events to coordinate with account executives and clients, plan, develop and execute complex production projects from concept through delivery. You will define objectives, maintain quality control and support client relations across both office environments and field sites, with occasional travel to project locations to ensure milestones are met.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on knowledge of lighting, LED, rigging and server systems, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or equivalent professional experience.
• Production / Stagehand experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating production projects across office and field environments.

What you will be doing:

While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for directly interacting with account executives and clients to plan, develop and execute a project. Throughout the project’s life cycle, the Project Manager will define objectives, always maintain quality control and support client relations.

What you bring to the table:

Our ideal candidate will have Working knowledge of production lighting, LED, rigging and servers, proficiency in project and task management, and applications such as Word Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks and inventory software systems, will have programming and computer networking skills, as well as being extremely organized and have excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.

What You Should Know

• This position is full time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or a similar field (or equivalent professional experience) is required.
• Production / Stagehand experience is preferred.
• Project Managers work both in an office environment as well as in the field onsite at each project.
• Project Managers work a standard work week but may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.

Salary

$110,000 - $140,000
