Job summary

4Wall is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate with account executives and clients to plan, develop and execute projects across lighting, LED, rigging, and AV for live events. You will manage objectives, quality, and client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

This role combines office work with field site assignments, requires a Bachelor’s in Technical Theatre (or equivalent) and willingness to work evenings/weekends to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Project Manager

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for directly interacting with account executives and clients to plan, develop and execute a project. Throughout the project’s life cycle, the Project Manager will define objectives, always maintain quality control and support client relations.

What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have working knowledge of production lighting, LED, rigging and servers, proficiency in project and task management, and applications such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks and inventory software systems, will have programming and computer networking skills, as well as being extremely organized and have excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.

What You Should Know

• This position is full time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre or a similar field (or equivalent professional experience) is required.
• Production / Stagehand experience is preferred.
• Project Managers work both in an office environment as well as in the field onsite at each project.
• Project Managers work a standard work week but may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
