Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support an oil and gas equipment manufacturing customer in Arlington, TX. The role will manage large, technically complex projects from design through testing, shipment, and final delivery.

You will serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management in engineering/manufacturing/equipment environments.
• Solid understanding of equipment design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, documentation, milestones, and invoicing.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex engineering and equipment projects from design through final delivery
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, and documentation
• Coordinate engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customer deliverables
• Lead customer status meetings and equipment design reviews
• Track project changes, invoices, production progress, and key milestones
• Manage customer expectations and communicate project risks or changes
• Ensure equipment is successfully tested, shipped, and delivered
